The Rack - Moneybin, Reserve, Network Equipment

The heart of Duckburg is the Rack. The server rack contains two servers: Money bin is our web, print and domain server. Reserve is our data storage vault (contains 1TB and 1.5TB drives). The rack is also the networking hub of for the house: 24-port Lynxes 10/100 switch, 5-port Net gear 10/100/1000 switch, Linksys Wireless Router (serves private wireless network), 8-port Net gear 10/100 (divides WAN network to server and home network), Linksys VOIP gateway, and Airlink Wireless Router (servers public access network). Rack also contains UPS backup (give me 10-15 minutes on fully loaded and 1-2 hours with just networking equipment) and an 8 head Belkin Omni KVM switch. The house is wired with a 48-port CAT6 patch panel which handles phones, data, and TV (in conjunction with a coax patch) to each room in the house.

Duckburg - Our Network (lots of data)

We have amassed a great deal of data storage capabilities. Between Jafar and Reserve we have access to just over 4 Terabytes in primary storage and approx. 1 TB of storage across all the various small volumes.
